About Me
My diploma in Integrative Counselling is from The Minster Centre, where I am currently working towards my Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy. Before retraining as a therapist, I worked as a jeweller and within the wellness field.
I value the magical and mystical dimensions of life, including our connection to the other-than-human world, and I believe there are many paths toward understanding and healing. As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives depending on what feels most helpful for you, approaching our work with creativity, intuition, and openness.
Some of the most common issues I work with include anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, anger, guilt, shame, abuse, trauma, and feeling stuck or powerless. I also support people through grief and loss, whether related to bereavement, a breakup, or grieving a life you once imagined for yourself.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked as a counsellor with the charity Mind, supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds. This includes people living with chronic illness or health conditions, as well as neurodivergent clients. I’m interested not only in what a diagnosis means in your life, but also in who you are beyond it.
I work affirmatively with neurodivergence, gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity. I aim to create a practice that is inclusive, respectful, and affirming of difference, and I remain attentive to the ways difference may be felt and explored within the therapeutic relationship.
