About Me

My diploma in Integrative Counselling is through The Minster Centre where I am currently working towards my MA and Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy. My approach draws on a range of modalities, philosophies and approaches which I adapt to suit each client’s specific needs. I have worked with people from a diverse range of backgrounds as a counsellor for the charity Mind and for a private low-cost therapy service.

I value the magical and mystical dimensions of life, including our connection to the other-than-human world, and I hold that there are many paths toward understanding and healing ourselves. I recognise that our social and political identities shape us in different ways, and that these overlap to create a unique experience of privilege or oppression. These beliefs guide my commitment to offering a space that is inclusive, affirming, and respectful of difference. Whatever our differences may be, I hope we can explore these together.

I am also a jeweller and work within the wellness field. This background in art and design brings a creative and intuitive approach to therapy. I retrained, inspired by my own experience of talking therapy, and believe it can not only support you through challenging times but also be truly transformative.
