About Me

My diploma in Integrative Counselling is from The Minster Centre, where I am completing an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy. I have experience as a counsellor with the charity Mind and within a low-cost therapy service, supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds. I have a particular interest in grief and loss, whether through bereavement, relationship endings, life transitions, or mourning the life you once imagined for yourself.

My practice is affirming of neurodivergence, gender, sexuality and relationship diversity. I therefore aim to create a therapeutic practice that is inclusive and respectful of difference, and remain attentive to the ways difference may be experienced within the therapeutic relationship. I value the magical and mystical dimensions of life, including our relationship with nature or the more-than-human world. I am open to the reality that there are many ways of making meaning, finding connection, and coming to know ourselves.

Before retraining as a therapist, I worked within the wellness field. I am also a jeweller, tarot reader and music lover. I therefore believe in the power of creativity, symbolism and the arts to move us and deepen our self-expression. I don't expect healing to look the same for everyone, and I'm always interested in hearing what feels meaningful and supportive for you. Whatever helps you make sense of yourself and the world is welcome in our work together.

"Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, wakes.”

- Carl Jung
