Welcome

There are times in life when we all feel lost, overwhelmed, or weighed down by difficult emotions. If you are struggling with anger, grief, guilt or sadness you might be looking for a warm, non-judgemental space where you can begin to process your feelings at your own pace.

You may feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, whether in your relationships or in how you treat yourself. At these times, having an encouraging space for reflection and self-exploration can help develop the understanding and perspective needed for meaningful change.

I am a trained, qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and other emotional challenges.

Counselling sessions can be held online or in person from my Hackney therapy rooms in Dalston and Stoke Newington. If you would like to connect and find out more about how counselling might help, you are welcome to book a free 20-minute, no-obligation call.

About Counselling & Psychotherapy

Stone Carving, Robinson Therapy, Councelling, London

Whatever brings you here, reaching out for support is a courageous first step and it is important to find a therapist that feels like the right match for you. I recommend checking out the main professional bodies in the UK, the BACP and UKCP for more for guidance on choosing a qualified, experienced, and accredited counsellor or psychotherapist.

Often our struggles emerge in the aftermath of trauma or abuse but may also be shaped by our social and material conditions. They may show up most clearly in our relationships and I view the therapeutic relationship as a place to notice and reflect on these patterns as they arise.

Whilst therapy isn’t a quick fix and won’t provide all the answers, it invites you to express yourself freely to someone who listens empathetically and offers thoughtful insights. It encourages exploration, helping you to better understand your inner world and how you relate to your outer world.

Therapy doesn’t just explore your pain but can reconnect you to your vitality, desire, and capacity for hope. Many people find it helps them cultivate deeper self-acceptance, trust, and compassion, which improves the quality of their relationships.
